After contacting an AXEON Applications Engineer, customers can work exclusively with their project manager in customizing a system to fit their needs. AXEON's design team works diligently on process and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) to detail out the necessary components for each system. After the design and materials are established, a budgetary proposal is created. Once AXEON is awarded the project, our manufacturing team ensures that the container is built exactly to specification and all quality control specifications are met. AXEON offers on-site start up and troubleshooting for ease of startup and operation.

Each containerized system features a container with double cargo doors for ease of access and servicing to the systems. All containers are pre-plumbed and wired for immediate start up of all equipment inside. Containerized systems are customizable and can be designed for temporary or long-term treatment of many applications and any feed water. Combining multiple pieces of equipment that utilize various technologies allows a single container to provide the customer with a cost-effective and efficient solution for installation and maintenance costs.
